General Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate professional experience in the fields of acting, producing, or writing for the film, television, or digital media industries.
Membership is open to individuals who meet the specified criteria within their respective professions as outlined below.

Actors

Must have performed as a principal or background actor in at least three (3) professional productions within the last two (2) years.
Productions must be recognized by the Guild and can include film, television, commercials, or digital media projects.
Principal roles must be credited and verifiable through industry-standard databases or production company confirmation.

Producers

Must have served as a producer or co-producer on at least two (2) professionally recognized projects within the last three (3) years.
Eligible projects include feature films, television series, web series, or other significant digital media content.
Applicants must provide verifiable credits, including screen credits, contracts, or letters of confirmation from production companies.

Writers

Must have written a screenplay, teleplay, or other substantial written work that has been produced within the last three (3) years.
Eligible works include feature films, television episodes, or web series episodes.
Applicants must provide copies of produced scripts, screen credits, or letters of confirmation from production companies.

Documentation

All applicants must submit a complete application form along with required documentation to verify their professional experience.
Acceptable documentation includes contracts, pay stubs, screen credits, or letters from employers or production companies.
Additional proof of work such as production stills, press clippings, or reviews may be required for further verification.

Application Review Process

All applications are reviewed by the Membership Committee, which assesses eligibility based on the provided documentation and adherence to the criteria.
The Membership Committee reserves the right to request additional information or conduct interviews if necessary.

Membership

Upon acceptance, new members are required to pay the initial membership fee as set by the Trust.
Annual dues must be maintained to retain active membership status. The amount is subject to change and will be communicated to members annually.

Code of Conduct

All members are expected to adhere to the Trust’s code of conduct, maintaining professionalism and ethical standards in their work.
Violations of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or termination of membership.
